Carmen Erickson writes in multiple subgenres under the fantasy umbrella. She loves creating worlds with memorable and relatable characters, unexpected twists, and a bit of magic. When she isn’t writing books, she’s editing the beautiful words of her clients and critique partners.

Carmen lives in Minnesota, where she’s not entirely certain those ten thousand lakes outweigh the number of days below zero. All about family, she’s happy as long as she's with the people she loves the most. She reads in too many genres, watches too many Food Network competitions, plays like a big kid, and dotes on every animal she sees.
